Time 6pm - 9pm
6pm - Registration, mix and mingle
6.15pm - MC introduces himself and welcomes everyone, gives a rundown of the evening, will bring up sponsors and introduce them, thanking them for the role they have played. He thanks people who helped make the night possible.
6.20pm - Sponsors speak, show any videos, MC invites charity to come up and say a few words, play their short video.
6.30pm - MC introduces Louise Shadbolt, thanking everyone and presenting personal message behind the book
6.35pm - MC invites people to come to the author's table to purchase books - Food starts to be served..
7pm - Rest of the evening continues to be full of fun and celebration, food served and bar staff available.
